Mint and Yogurt Parfait

Culinary Tools:

  • 1-quart Mixing Bowl
  • 4 Kitchen Charm Gala Wine Glasses


  • 1 cups pineapple, peeled and small diced
  • 1 cups kiwi, peeled and small diced
  • 1 cups cantaloupe, peeled and small diced
  • 1 cups grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cups raspberries, cut in half
  • 1 cups blackberries, cut in half
  • ¼ cup mint, chopped
  • 1 cups blueberries
  • 1 cups low fat yogurt
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds


Using the Santoku Knife cut fruits according the directions. Chop mint leaves with the Shears. In the 4-quart Mixing Bowl, place all fruits except pomegranate seeds; mix well with the Slotted Spoon. In the 1-quart Mixing Bowl, combine yogurt and mint. In each Kitchen Charm Gala Wine Glass, add a layer of fruit and a layer of yogurt mixture; repeat procedure until filling all glasses. Top with pomegranate seeds.

Chef’s Note: You may replace these fruits with your favorite ones.
