How to make Chicken Marsala

Step 1: Preheat the 10.5″ Kitchen Charm Skillet on medium high for 2-3 minutes. The temperature is correct when a few drops of water are sprinkled on the skillet and they bead up and dance around without evaporating.

Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Red onion, julienne
  • ¼ cup Sun dried tomatoes, julienne
  • ½ Cup Prosciutto, rough chopped
  • 1 TBL Garlic, minced
  • 2 Cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Cup Marsala wine
  • ½ Cup Chicken stock
  • ½ Cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ Cup Parsley, Chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat 10.5″ skillet on medium high for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Place chicken in skillet and cook for 4 minutes with lid ajar.
  3. Turn chicken over and add onion and garlic, cook for an additional 1 minute.
  4. Add prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes, and mushrooms and cook for an additional 1 minute. Stirring often.
  5. Add wine, chicken stock, and heavy cream. Cover with lid with Redy-cook valve open. When whistle sounds reduce heat to low. 
  6. Cook for additional 8 minutes or until sauce is thicken.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve over rice.
