- Carving Knife
 - Bread Knife
 
Ingredients:
- ½ cup leftover ham, diced
 - ¼ cup pasta sauce
 - 1 (8-inch) whole wheat tortilla
 - ¼ cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
 
Preparation:
With the Carving Knife, dice ham. Spread pasta sauce on tortilla. Add cheese and ham. Carefully fold tortilla in half and cut it with the Bread Knife.
