Ingredients:
- 1 cups pineapple, peeled and small diced
- 1 cups kiwi, peeled and small diced
- 1 cups cantaloupe, peeled and small diced
- 1 cups grapes, cut in half
- 1 cups raspberries, cut in half
- 1 cups blackberries, cut in half
- ¼ cup mint, chopped
- 1 cups blueberries
- 1 cups low fat yogurt
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
Procedure:
Using the Santoku Knife cut fruits according the directions. Chop mint leaves with the Shears. In the 4-quart Mixing Bowl, place all fruits except pomegranate seeds; mix well with the Slotted Spoon. In the 1-quart Mixing Bowl, combine yogurt and mint. In each Kitchen Charm Gala Wine Glass, add a layer of fruit and a layer of yogurt mixture; repeat procedure until filling all glasses. Top with pomegranate seeds.
