Mango Ice Cream


Culinary Tools:

  • 5-quart Mixing Bowl with Cover


  • 4 cups mango chunks, frozen
  • 1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • Mint leaves (garnish)
  • Cookies (garnish)


  1. Blend mango and both milks at high speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour mixture into 5-quart Mixing Bowl. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and cookies.
