Creamy Mashed Potatoes

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 – 10 medium potatoes (we suggest red); shredded

Procedure:

Pour 1 inch of water in the 3 quart sauce pan and place on medium high heat. Shred the potatoes and place in the steamer inset. Put the inset into the 3 quart and leave on medium high heat until the valve clicks and turn to medium heat for 15 – 20 minutes or until done. You can serve them from the steamer or blend them in a bowl to make them more creamy. 🙂
