- 2 bunches fresh Broccoli, chopped into flowerets
- 2 tbl. Butter
- 1 tsp. minced Garlic
- Juice of half a Lemon
- Pinch Sea Salt, to taste
- Fresh Cracked Peppercorn medley, to taste
- Zest of 1 Lemon, for garnish
Wash broccoli and put in the 2 quart pot along with the butter, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Cook on Med heat until the valve whistles. Close valve, reduce to Low heat, and continue cooking for 12 minutes until tender. Garnish with fresh lemon zest.
