Mini Ham Quesadillas

Culinary Tools:

  • Carving Knife
  • Bread Knife

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup leftover ham, diced
  • ¼ cup pasta sauce
  • 1 (8-inch) whole wheat tortilla
  • ¼ cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation:

With the Carving Knife, dice ham.  Spread pasta sauce on tortilla. Add cheese and ham. Carefully fold tortilla in half and cut it with the Bread Knife.
