- Glasses to put pumpkin mousse in
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cups pure pumpkin
- 2 ¼ Cups Cool Whip
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Cup chopped praline pecans (candied pecans)
Directions:
Combine and mix well the pumpkin, CoolWhip, vanilla pudding and pumpkin pie spice. Rough chop praline pecans.
Layer in glasses or a truffle bowl:
- Pumpkin mousse
- Pecans
- Pumpkin mousse
- Pecans
Top with additional cool whip and serve
