Green Bean Alondine

Culinary Tools:

  • 2 Quart Sauce Pan
  • 10 ½in Gourmet Skillet
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Measuring Spoons


  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
  • ½ chopped Red Onion
  • 2 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1Tbs Olive oil
  • ¼ Cup Shaved almonds
  • Salt and Pepper TT
  • 2 Ounces Water


  1. Snap off the ends of the Green Beans and place in 2 Quart Sauce Pan.
  2. Add Water.
  3. Turn onto lowest heat and cover with the Valve open.
  4. When the Redy-cook© Valve whistles close and turn the heat off.
  5. Heat Gourmet Skillet to Medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onions, sauté for 3 mins. Add green greens and almonds cook for 3 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
