Grilled Swordfish with Lemon Dijon Sauce


  • 2 – 6 ounce swordfish steaks
  • 1 Meyer Lemon; juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Cup Chardonnay
  • 2 tablespoons chives; chopped
  • Salt and epper


Preheat 12” Gourmet Skillet over medium heat.  Season both sides of the swordfish with salt and pepper.  Once skillet is preheated, cook swordfish for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides.  Remove fish and deglaze pan with white win and lemon juice.  Whisk in Dijon Mustard and cook until thick; sauce should coat back of spoon.

Add chives and spoon sauce over swordfish steaks.  Life is Delicious!
