- 1 (10-pound) boneless ham
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits canned in its own juice, drained
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice (from pineapple can)
- 25 to 30 whole cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar
Open can of pineapple, strain fruit and reserve 1/3 cup of the juice for use later. In the 1-quart Mixing Bowl, combine pineapple with brown sugar; mix well. With the Chef’s Knife score ham by making shallow cuts across the surface to form a 1-inch diamond pattern, ½ inch deep; insert one clove into each corner.
Preheat oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. In the Roasting Pan, coat the ham evenly with pineapple mixture; pour reserved pineapple juice. Cover ham and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and increase temperature to 375°F for 25 minutes. Serve.
