Happy Canada Day! We have an uber easy last minute dessert for you to celebrate Canada Day. It’s our cheesecake stuffed strawberries, check out the video tutorial. Strawberries are at their peak and these treats are at the very top of the mouth watering chart when it comes to deliciousness.

All you need are fresh strawberries, a store bought cheesecake and a few crushed (4-6) graham crackers! You can’t get any easier than this for ingredients. Remove the cheesecake from the crust, Put it in a bowl and give it a good mix. Clean and cut your strawberries. Put the stem side down and make two separate cuts opposite each other starting at the pointed end of the strawberry; be sure NOT to cut all the way down through the stems. Put the cheesecake in a piping bag with the star tip and pipe into strawberries; if you don’t have a piping bag use a baggie and snip the corner tip off. Squeeze the cheesecake into the middle of the strawberries. Refrigerate before serving to allow the cheesecake to firm up again.

If you have the time and want to add that little something extra you could melt some chocolate and drizzle it over the top. I think I might just have to make these tonight for dessert.
