- 5-quart Mixing Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup watermelon, peeled and thinly diced
- 1 cup cantaloupe, peeled and thinly diced
- 1 cup cucumber, skin on and half-moon sliced
- 1/8 cup mint, chopped
- 2 cups baby arugula
- ½ cup cashews
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
Using the Chef’s Knife, cut the fruits and vegetables as directed. In the 5-quart Mixing Bowl, combine all the ingredients well. Season with salt and top with crumbled goat cheese.
