Cilantro lime rice is such an easy way to add flavor to your meal. It’s the perfect side dish for so many recipes, and we love how it elevates a simple pantry staple. Try it with Citrus Salmon or Ginger Orange Chicken.
Cilantro Lime Rice
- 2 Cups rice
- 3 Cups water
- ½ Cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1TBL fresh squeezed lime juice
- In the 4 quart Kitchen Charm dutch oven add the water and rice. Put lid on with Redi Temp valve open; turn heat to medium high and wait for whistle to sound. Close Redi Temp valve and turn heat down to low and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
- Add to rice, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and serve.
