Ingredients:
- 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
- ½ chopped Red Onion
- 2 tsp minced Garlic
- 1Tbs Olive oil
- ¼ Cup Shaved almonds
- Salt and Pepper TT
- 2 Ounces Water
Directions:
- Snap off the ends of the Green Beans and place in 2 Quart Sauce Pan.
- Add Water.
- Turn onto lowest heat and cover with the Valve open.
- When the Redy-cook© Valve whistles close and turn the heat off.
- Heat Gourmet Skillet to Medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onions, sauté for 3 mins. Add green greens and almonds cook for 3 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
