- 10 ½” RoyalCore Electric Skillet
- Food Cutter (Cone #4)
- Chef’s Knife
- Bamboo Cutting Board
Ingredients:
- 3 cups zucchini, sliced using Cone #4
- ½ clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro , minced
- 1 ½ cups tomato, diced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup Farmer’s Cheese, cut into ¼” wide strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Slice zucchinis with the Food Cutter. On the Bamboo Cutting Board, cut other vegetables and Framer’s cheese using the Chef’s Knife.
Preheat the RoyalCore Electric Skillet to 350° F. When the temperature has been reached, add garlic and onion; mix for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, cilantro, salt and pepper; combine for 3 minutes. Add tomato and stir for an additional minute.
Cover the skillet with the Redy-cook valve open; reduce temperature to 250° F. When the valve whistles, add sour cream; stir and add cheese strips. Cover with the valve closed, let mixture cook for 5 minutes, and turn off skillet.
