Zucchinis in Cream Sauce

Culinary Tools:

  • 10 ½” RoyalCore Electric Skillet
  • Food Cutter (Cone #4)
  • Chef’s Knife
  • Bamboo Cutting Board

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups zucchini, sliced using Cone #4
  • ½ clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro , minced
  • 1 ½ cups tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Farmer’s Cheese, cut into ¼” wide strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Slice zucchinis with the Food Cutter.  On the Bamboo Cutting Board, cut other vegetables and Framer’s cheese using the Chef’s Knife. 

Preheat the RoyalCore Electric Skillet to 350° F.  When the temperature has been reached, add garlic and onion; mix for 2 minutes.  Add zucchini, cilantro, salt and pepper; combine for 3 minutes.  Add tomato and stir for an additional minute.

Cover the skillet with the Redy-cook valve open; reduce temperature to 250° F.  When the valve whistles, add sour cream; stir and add cheese strips.  Cover with the valve closed, let mixture cook for 5 minutes, and turn off skillet.
