Turkey Rollitos


  • 2 cups tomatoes; finely sliced
  • 3 cups lettuce; sliced
  • 1 pound turkey breast; thinly sliced
  • 2 cups grated cheese blend
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 7 – 12” tortillas


Using the Chef’s Knife cut turkey breast, tomatoes and lettuce according to instructions.  Lay each tortilla on a flat surface and spread them evenly with mayonnaise; leave a ½” boarder on the sides of the tortilla.  Spread the cheese evenly onto the tortillas. 

Add 3 slices of tomato to each tortilla; making a straight line.  Place lettuce and turkey over the tomatoes. 

Begin rolling your tortillas.  To ensure they stay in place, place toothpicks into the rollitos; leave an inch distance between each toothpick. 

Using the Chef’s Knife, cut each rolled tortilla between the toothpicks into slices.  Serve!
