Monkey Bread

Chef Jorge's Brunch



  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • ½ stick butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ chopped pecans
  • ¼ cranberries
  • Non stick baking spray


Spray 8” cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Add 12 biscuits going around in a circle. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Melt butter and pour over the top of the biscuits after they come out of the oven. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over butter and biscuits. Add pecans and cranberries on top.
