Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 Grannie Smith Apples, Large Diced
- 1 Banana, Diced
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 3 cups Whole Oats
- 1/2 cup Apple Juice
- 1 Egg
- 2 pinches Nutmeg
- 3 tbl Ground Cinnamon
- 3 drops Maple Flavoring
- Pinch of Salt
Directions:
Melt butter on medium heat. Add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and maple essence. Stir until melted and combined. Add apples and stir. Cover mixture with Redy-cook valve closed. Cook until apples start to soften up; approximately 5 minutes on medium heat. Turn stove off.
Add to the apples the oats, granola, banana and blueberries. Mix inn a bowl mix the egg and apple juice together, pour over the apple mixture and press all ingredients down. Cover mixture with Redy-cook valve open and turn on medium-low heat. When Redy-cook value sounds, in approximately 10 minutes, shut Redy-cook valve and turn heat off. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Spread jam over the top to create a glaze. Serve with lemon flavored Greek yoghurt or ice-cream.
