Butternut Squash Dessert

Culinary Tools:

  • Chef’s Knife
  • 4-quart Dutch Oven with Cover

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds diced butternut squash (peeled and seeded)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • pinch of salt

Procedure:

Rinse squash, and remove seeds. With the Chefs Knife, peel and dice squash.
