- 4-quart Dutch Oven with Cover
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds diced butternut squash (peeled and seeded)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- pinch of salt
Procedure:
Rinse squash, and remove seeds. With the Chefs Knife, peel and dice squash.
