To make the witches brooms all you need are small pretzel sticks and small Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Just insert the pretzel stick in the Reese’s peanut butter cup and you just created the cutest witches’ broom ever! It’s just that simple. Let’s face it one of the greatest culinary love stories is salt and chocolate; add in a little crunch along with peanut butter and now you have simply created mouth watering morsels of goodness.
The witches’ hats are made with Keebler chocolate shortbread cookies, Hersey chocolate kisses and orange frosting. Purchase the frosting at the grocery store and this time of year they have orange frosting ready made in containers. Put the icing in a small sandwich bag and snip one corner off. Squeeze a small circle of icing around the hole of the cookie on the chocolate side. Take your Hersey kiss and place it on top of the orange frosting and gentle push down so the frosting squishes out a bit to create the orange brim of your witches’ hat.
