Culinary Tools:
- Bamboo Cutting Board
- Chef’s Knife
- 4-quart Dutch Oven
- 3-quart Mixing Bowl
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of water
- 3 cups of rice
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup butter
Procedure:
- In the Dutch oven add the water, cover with valve open and cook at medium-high temperature until whistle (7 minutes).
- Add rice and salt to taste. Mix. Reduce temperature to low, cover with valve closed and cook for 15 minutes.
- In the bowl add the cooked rice, cilantro and butter; mix well. Serve.
