Cilantro Rice

Cilantro Rice

 

Culinary Tools:

  • Bamboo Cutting Board
  • Chef’s Knife
  • 4-quart Dutch Oven
  • 3-quart Mixing Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of water
  • 3 cups of rice
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup butter

Procedure:

  1. In the Dutch oven add the water, cover with valve open and cook at medium-high temperature until whistle (7 minutes).
  2. Add rice and salt to taste. Mix. Reduce temperature to low, cover with valve closed and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. In the bowl add the cooked rice, cilantro and butter; mix well. Serve.
