Divine Couscous

Culinary Tools:

  • 2-Quart Saucepan with Cover


  • 3 tablespoons apple juice
  • 1/8 cup prunes
  • 1/8 cup cranberries
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat couscous
  • 1/3 tablespoon parsley
  • Pinch of allspice
  • Salt to taste


In the 2-Quart Saucepan, bring apple juice to a boil.  Add prunes, cranberries, couscous, parsley, and allspice.  Cover and close the Redy-cook valve.  Turn off the heat and let stand for 10 minutes; fluff with a fork.  Add salt to taste and serve.
