Abracadabra Dip

Culinary Tools:

Dip Ingredients:

  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 pound baby spinach
  • 1 cup table cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Toasted Tombstones

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 wood Popsicle stick


Cut onion and garlic according to the instructions.  Preheat the 12” Gourmet Skillet at medium heat for 3 minutes.  Add onions and garlic; cook for 3 minutes.  Add the spinach and cook for 5 additional minutes.  Stir in table cream and Parmesan cheese into the cooked spinach mixture.  Cook at medium-low heat for 8 minutes or until thick consistency.  Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

To make Toasted Tombstones, remove crust from all bread slices and cut each slice into 3 pieces.  Make crosses using the Popsicle stick and toast.
