Grilled Asparagus

 

Culinary Tools:

  • Round Grill
  • 5-quart Mixing Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ½ pound fresh asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. In the mixing bowl, combine olive oil with salt and pepper to taste. Add asparagus and coat well.
  2. Preheat Round Grill at medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Place asparagus and cook each side for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
