Chef notes
If you don’t have left over turkey to use cook a small turkey breast Season the turkey breast with 2 pinches of salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of Smokey paprika. Add the turkey breast to the 4 quart Kitchen Charm Dutch oven with 1 cup chicken stock, ¼ of an onion and 2 whole garlic cloves. Put lid on with Redy-cook valve open, turn heat to medium high and wait for Redy-cook valve to whistle. Turn heat down to medium and cook for an additional 12 minutes.

OR ask the deli counter at your grocery store to cut very thick slices of turkey for you- around 1/2″ thick and then shred the slices.
