Ingredients:
- 1 Red Onion, Sliced
- 2 tbl Chopped Rosemary
- 3 tbl Ginger, Julienned
- 2 ½ cups Red Wine
- 1 tbl Honey
- 2 cups Dried Cranberries
- Zest from 1/2 Orange
- Pinch of Salt
Directions:
In a small skillet add onion and ginger and cook on medium heat with lid on and Redy-cook Valve open. When Redy-cook Valve whistles check onions – they should be starting to sweat. Add wine, rosemary, orange zest and reduce heat to medium low. When liquid has reduced down to about 1/2, add cranberries, honey and salt. Continue to cook until almost all liquid is gone.
