While your High School and College days may seem like ancient history, you still have many years of Spring Break vacations left to take!
This year, make your trip special and rent a cottage or condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama or Myrtle Beach, South Carolina or even Destin, Florida. Staying at your own place gives you the opportunity to enjoy romantic nights in on a budget. Most condos or cottages have a complete kitchen stocked with cookware, tableware, and flatware for evenings in, so all you need to do is pack a little bag full of “perfect touches!”
To make our perfect spring break tablescape we chose to accent with a bright blue spring floral pattern and seashells. We decided to pair Kitchen Charm’s Antoinette dinnerware, Ellipse flatware and our Gala wine glasses for our tablesetting. The unique pattern on our Antoinette dinnerware pairs perfectly with our tablecloth. Our final touch was the seashells. Most spring breaks are spent on the beach and we couldn’t think of anything more perfect than using seashells as our napkin rings and filler in our hurricane.
We understand that you probably won’t have our gorgeous Kitchen Charm tablesetting available, but you can still make you nights in special with your own setting. Like we said before, if your bags aren’t already full, throw in some fun tablecloths and napkins. If you don’t have room for the seashells, when you get to the beach spend the day collecting them together.
Not going anywhere for spring break?! Nothing says you cannot pretend! Set up the adorable tablescape on your porch and make a festive ocean treat. Try Dinner4Two’s lobster salad, our warm seafood lasagna, or our fantastic Mahi Mahi kebabs!
