Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1tsp olive oil
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
Procedure:
Preheat 8” skillet on medium high for 3 minutes. Add olive oil, garlic and asparagus. Sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Let rest for a few minutes plate and drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
