Breakfast Quiche

Breakfast Quiche



  • 1/2 pound cooked ham or sausage
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
  • 1 can of Rotel tomatoes; drained
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of Bisquick


Spray a glass pie pan with cooking spray.  Preheat oven to 275 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together and whisk.  Pour in quiche mix and cook for 25 minutes or until top is completely cooked.

Tip:  We recommend covering the pan with tin foil for first 20 minutes.
